Very good clear and knowledgeable on the phone. Prompt service turned up when promised. Wasps nest was very efficiently and completely removed with a calm very competent manner. Though the job was a little more than expected that is the nest was in a tricky position, no fuss was made and no extra charge asked for. I would certainly recommend them.
