In relation to my previous review where I was upset about the overpricing (i.e. £300 incl VAT) for squirrel pest control services offered by this company which was double the rate compared to similar pest control service providers, the customer service has now got in touch with me to issue a refund of £150.
I appreciate this gesture of owning up and await the refund.
