Avoid this company because
Hired them for house moths - was told that there was a 6 month guarantee
Paid £2000 for heat treatment and was told near 100% success
Not so after 4 weeks again moths so came in for pesticide treatment
Two months later again moths. Contacted them again and told different things
- via email if > 4 months will have to pay again
- via phone if 3-4 months will have to pay again
It has been less than 4 months since initial treatment but they are refusing to come again unless I pay again
