Asked the Gloucester depot to remove a bees nest from our roof. Warned them that we have had bats nesting in the roof that might prevent them from treating the bees nest. Assured over the phone that they could "certainly do something" before taking payment of over £150 in advance. Attended site for all of 10 minutes and said they couldn't do anything because we had bats nesting in the roof! HQ has since refused to refund us save a pitiful token amount. Terrible from start to finish.
