Very prompt service even had an option of a weekend appointment. Guy who came seemed to know his stuff, took time to analyse and then try and sort bee problem. In view of the difficult access he could not get to it but since it was a bumble been nest we decided to leave well alone. Would use company again even though a bit expensive.
