I have tried many jerky’s and biltongs. Jim’s is the best for me in quality (not too fatty), in texture and the dryness I like, and also having solid nutritional numbers (can’t believe how many have high sugar). Was devastated with the recent fire and had to revisit both supermarket and other brands and am glad Jim’s is now back as nothing else met my needs as well.
