“This time around i tried the coffee/cocoa and the smoked honey habenero. My husband loved the coffee/cocoa, but i wasn't the biggest fan. I am not a coffee fan at the best of times and though the coffee flavour was very delicate, it was still a bit much for me. The smoked honey and habenero though, *chefs kiss* amazing. The perfect combination of sweet, smokey, and spice! I loved the habenero kick and the way it lingered afterwards and while it's not something I could eat alot of in 1 go, it is going to be a regular in my purchases moving forward. And as per usual, the staff were amazing as always. Sometimes I stop in and buy some jerky, not because I am in a jerky mood, but because the staff are lovely and always up for a chat!”

“I make my own jerky most times, but have never had much luck with Drywors. I discovered Jim's Jerky on a visit to the EKKA in Brisbane in 2024. I like a jerky without all the wanky chilli additives, and associated names for chilli, and that is why I usually make my own. I found the Jim's Jerky Drywors to be exceptional, both in flavour and presentation. It is so much better than just some dodgy old dried cabana or beerstick. Keep up the good work and get it out there in more venues. In the days gone by they used to have a great selection of dried sausages hanging in the old pubs in the Adelaide hills, that almost made the SA beers palatable ( I did say almost) and this Drywors is a reminder of many nights in those establishments for me.”
