“Hello, I have been a regular customer for quite some time now and my family normally really enjoy your products. However the shipment I most recently received we have been very disappointed in. The jerky is not of its usual high standard. All members of my family have commented that it's no good this time, that is very, very dry and we are not enjoying it. Has something changed in your process? I would love to hear back from you with your feedback as to why the quality of your product has diminished in this instance.

“I have tried many jerky’s and biltongs. Jim’s is the best for me in quality (not too fatty), in texture and the dryness I like, and also having solid nutritional numbers (can’t believe how many have high sugar). Was devastated with the recent fire and had to revisit both supermarket and other brands and am glad Jim’s is now back as nothing else met my needs as well.”
