I use to order Jim's Jerky quite a bit before I started trialling other jerky brands. I always preferred Jim's so thought I'd put through an order on Jerky day. I'd have to say, I don't remember it being as dry as it is now. Maybe that's just me, because I've been use to other more traditiional South African jerky and biltong recently. The flavour is still great, but I think the jerky is too dry for me now. Not sure I'll order again, but if I do, it may be to trial the biltong instead.
