When you have goods to return, you pay the return postage extra, not JJ!
Therefore, I did decide against shopping at JJ's after all the reviews that I read here and in other forums, because obviously there is also a problem with the refund of perfectly ok returned goods in many cases and I will definitely not pay three times;)
Sorry, mates...that's a bad business model! Well, it only works for you guys, but not for your customers and the poor people who have to taylor and supply to you. It's a shame!!!
