“What a terrible experience my poor sister has had with JJ’s. I was aghast when she first told me she paid $120 shipping for 8 bridesmaid dresses (plus then an international fee on top of that) - and then we were disgusted when not ONE single dress fit any of us properly (despite following the measurement guide). Some parts of the dress were too big, others too small, just overall bizarre sizing. We couldn't use the "try on program" because the styles we wanted weren't available in any colour in our sizes. She has now paid $60 to return the lot of them so is almost $200 out of pocket for absolutely nothing”

“They don't adhere to Dutch Law and Costumer rights. They should, as they sell in the Netherlands and have a Dutch website.They are obligated to give you time to think and change your mind, even on discount products, but they don't. They do not respond, they won't give me the adress to send my return and they just kept my money, even though I don't want the dress I bought since it doesn't fit. Worthless shop.”

“I purchased 1 dress and 2 wraps. I must say I am very impressed with the quality and look. Whilst I am a size 8 AUS the dress I purchased was a M according to measurements. The dress was comfortable although having no chest didn’t help my look, but a padded push up bra helped my cause.”

“I ordered several dresses to try at home. I then knew what size would fit. I found a dress for half price. It may need a tweek to make the neckline more comfortable but I'm very happy with the dress, especially for the price”
