“This company seems to have a pattern of scamming people and nothing is done to stop them. I ordered 6 dresses to try on at home and received only one (which I returned). I notified them over and over and they still charged me for the 5 dresses, putting the entire burden of me for the "lost dresses" (telling me I had to make a claim with USPS). I received one badly taped plastic bag, you couldn't fit 6 dresses in it yet they are adamant and charged me over 1k for the items I never received! There are many others who have experienced this or something similar. I am considering starting a class action suit.”
“They offer 6 dresses to try before purchasing. I ordered 6, I received only one which I returned and now they are charging me all 6 dresses. I messaged them several times that I only received one dress that would be returned because it didn't fit and not a single reply. They messaged about points but not a single reply about the missing dresses. I will take them to court if I have to. I cannot believe I fell for this scam... that's what they are.”

I usually have to have things altered since I am a petite and was prepared to do so, but the description and measurements were perfect for my size--no alterations were needed! The color of the dress was true to what is depicted in the online catalog. The dress arrived very quickly, too. I appreciate the built-in bra cups especially since this dress will be used for ballroom dancing. I definitely recommend JJ's.”

“What a terrible experience my poor sister has had with JJ’s. I was aghast when she first told me she paid $120 shipping for 8 bridesmaid dresses (plus then an international fee on top of that) - and then we were disgusted when not ONE single dress fit any of us properly (despite following the measurement guide). Some parts of the dress were too big, others too small, just overall bizarre sizing. We couldn't use the "try on program" because the styles we wanted weren't available in any colour in our sizes. She has now paid $60 to return the lot of them so is almost $200 out of pocket for absolutely nothing”
“They don't adhere to Dutch Law and Costumer rights. They should, as they sell in the Netherlands and have a Dutch website.They are obligated to give you time to think and change your mind, even on discount products, but they don't. They do not respond, they won't give me the adress to send my return and they just kept my money, even though I don't want the dress I bought since it doesn't fit. Worthless shop.”
