“I ordered a pant suit on final sale. The sales ad noted that final sales may be slightly irregular, however, it should have at least been what I ordered. The top was the size I ordered but, the pants were two sizes larger. With no source of return, I had to give it away. I will never even look at another online service without a customer service phone number available at all. Thank goodness I didn't pay a lot for the item. It sucks.
They just sent me whatever was left on sales floor. You could order anything and not get what you ordered and there's nothing you do about it

The fit is off, like they don't seem to ever get sizing correct.
I have measured myself numerous times and the first dress was big but I could deal.
This last dress seems like the torso is for someone 4 feet tall. I looked like a tall midget.

“The clothing and accessories are beautiful but with 3 dress purchases (1 of them custom) I have not been able to get a good fit. The dress pictured cost me an additional $130 to alter locally. Shoes were also too snug to wear but the cost to return is prohibitive. Love their accessories but shipping is expensive if they’re not an add-on to a dress order. Garment bags with outside pocket for accessories are quite nice. Shipping can be quite long (months).”
