They don't adhere to Dutch Law and Costumer rights. They should, as they sell in the Netherlands and have a Dutch website.They are obligated to give you time to think and change your mind, even on discount products, but they don't. They do not respond, they won't give me the adress to send my return and they just kept my money, even though I don't want the dress I bought since it doesn't fit. Worthless shop.

SCAMMERS, Do not buy from them is you need the dress to be in the color you requested. I ordered a plum one tone (dark color) dress, instead I got a lilac two tones color. They won't exchange it, if I want to return it is with a restocking fee. Had the audacity of gaslighting me and blame it on the lighting. First picture is what I ordered, second one what I got

I WAS SENT THE MISSING WRONG DRESS AND HAD EMAILED THE JJHOUSE COMPANY MANY TIMES AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND.. I WILL FILE COMPLAINT WITH DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE AS WELL FILE COMPLAINT WITH GOOGLE ABOUT THIS COMPANY.. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. AS THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA… BAD BAD COMPANY KARMA WILL GET THEM..

I ordered two dresses, both in the same size (obviously). One fit well and the other was too small. However, upon returning the one that did not fit in order to order a size up, I was told that I would have to pay tax TWICE on the item, and that I would not be fully refunded due to their "restocking fee." I understand the logic behind the restocking fee, but the reason for this return was not my fault, and yet I am still not getting all my money back for this purchase. I will never order from them again and I would not recommend you do so either.

I ordered 2 try on's. They shipped me 3 dresses with 2 being identical. They charged me full price for the 3rd dress that was the identical one and I am not able to get a return email. I am out of $300! READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The garment was ill fitting. Looks nothing like the dress in the picture. When I tried to return the garment the was no address for returns listed.

I did the try on program plus bought one dress to try on because it didn't come in my size for the try on program. I returned the bought dress and had to pay "restocking fees" and more for shipping. I ordered a dress from the try on program in a different color, same size. The dress came but is too small even though it was the exact same size as the try on dress. I can't reach anyone by phone. I have no idea how this will be resolved. I won't have a dress for the wedding and I am out all the try on costs, return costs, restocking fees etc. Another example of an extra cost was the shipping. They only offered 'expedited shipping" for around 30 bucks. Ordered on 4-28 received on 5-14 wedding on 6-1. I can't get the live chat to chat with me. They only allow it for returns or presale items.

I will begin with the positive...the selection of dresses here is really nice with numerous color selections in every style. The dresses that we chose were beautiful; when they arrived they appeared to be well constructed & the color was exactly what we had picked. Unfortunately, one of the dresses needed to be returned for a refund & the other exchanged for a different size. Multiple attempts, according to their web site directions, were made to contact JJ'sHouse about this issue. Finally after TWO WEEKS I was able to have a Live Chat only to find out that now there's no way the dress needing to be exchanged would arrive in time for the event. I completed the Return Request per the directions given but the Return Shipping Label would not be processed. I have yet again had to contact the company via email entailing the failure of label processing. I only hope it doesn't take another two weeks for a response. This encounter with JJ'sHouse has been very frustrating, unnecessarily laborious, & left us having to scramble to get another dress.

The material is listed as being Chiffon on the web. The dress was made of 100% polyester. It fits fine but was dissatisfied with the misrepresentation of the material.

The bridal party I was in was told to order from here since we were in a pinch for time. (My thought was to order state side). Sure enough so far 2/3 of us have dresses laughably large even though we measured using the size guide. It’ll be the price of the dress just in alterations to wear something that fits. Not to mention the fabric looks really cheap.

I purchased a dress in February for an event in April, so I could get alterations if needed. Dress cost $248. I kept checking my order, and was getting worried because in one month the order was still "processing". I contacted them about it and got NO response. The order never shipped (they are in Singapore) but luckily I found a dress locally that I liked, and bought it. I canceled the order. JJ's House refunded me only $110 of my $248 . The other $138 was for "shipping and restocking " which mind you, it hadn't EVEN BEEN SHIPPED! The restocking fee is supposed to be only $40, so they ripped me off for $138 on an order I never received!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! When I complained and asked about it, no response as usual. They have poor communication.

They basically don’t have anything in stock unless you order them and they’ll source from their supplier in China. Nothing is made tailored made. That is misleading and false advertisement. I have not received my dress yet but not happy that I had to wait for 2 weeks before they will post my dress. Obviously they are waiting for their shipment to come from China

if you enjoy being price gouged by shipping, receiving shredded/ destroyed packaging, terrible sizing and an expensive return policy, only to be gouged again by the same shipping policy to have to order a different size, this is the site for you.

They refused to accept return for unused dress for grandmother dress when her husband passed away and she became too ill to attend. Dress had not been worn or altered. All I wanted was to get it out of the house, I wasn’t looking for full refund. They said “no” but offered a 10% coupon on future purchase. The delivery was bad enough, waited weeks to receive them left out on the road by bushes. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. USE A REPUTABLE STORE LIKE NORDSTROM OR DILLARDS

Terrible customer service, unclear returns process, after sending back dress promptly I was told I needed to ask for a returns form and as it would arrive without one I'd only receive a 40% refund. Rude email, shabby dress, nothing like picture, took ages to arrive. Disgusting.

I give them one so I could write review I returned dress as it was badly made an did not fit me over 6 weeks ago they said my money would be returned within 14 days to date I have had nothing

Purchased a headband from over a month ago and still not recieved it. They tried to compensate by giving 100% delivery off coupon for next purchase. Just so they can get more money. I doubt I'll even get a refubd back. DO NOT BUY from them.
