“Their customer service is a joke. Won't talk to you other than email. And if they have a problem with your order and didn't get an email to you, they won't continue to reach out. So you just assume it's gonna come until the delivery date passes. I am 3 weeks out from my wedding I was missing 2 of my 4 bridesmaids dress. When I finally get a hold of someone and they inform me JJs doesn't offer dresses bigger than W26 my brides maid is a W28. EVEN THOUGH I SELECTED SIZES FROM THEIR DROP DOWN MENUS. Also they made a dress for my Mom and it looks awful they didn't follow her sizing at all! Never shopping with them again!”
“Whatever you do, do NOT buy from this company. When I received my dress it was the wrong color (my choice, not their fault) but their sizing is not accurate at all; and I had a seamstress friend of mine do all my measurements. Then, when it was time to return it because they say on their website, "JJ's House will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s)." That is NOT true. First of all, they gave me the run-around and it was not easy to return but with lots of determination and time spent I was able to get it done in the short window they provided. But the worst part of all is that not only did I have to pay return shipping but I did not get a full refund. It's a racket! Don't buy from them! They are based out of Hong Kong and have terrible customer service. Stick with Amazon where you know you'll have great customer service, free returns and full refunds!!!”
“My wife gave her exact measurements for JJshouse to customize her wedding dress BUT it didn't come to those measurements. It was a trumpet dress and it looked baggy and bulgy, without shape and the lace was loose. I was going to be charged more than the dress cost to do an alteration here in Miami. Very disappointed but more is the response jjshouse gave me of giving me a 30% refund… my bride is without a dress and now down almost $400 dollars… not cool

“Oh I wish I could put 0 stars. Disappointed and angry. I ordered a dress on 19th of March and it was due to arrive on 2nd of April. It’s 10th of April and it still hasn’t arrived. I have a wedding to attend since I am a bridsmaid and the worst part is they keep lying about the location of my parcel.they keep saying it’s with the shipping courier but when I contacted the shipping courier the said that they haven’t recieved anything at all. Then I texted them again and they kept saying the same thing and saying ALL COURIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS but that’s a massive lie because I have been shopping for the past 3 weeks since I am going on holiday and they arrive within 5 days maximum even the ones I have bought from SHEIN. SHEIN is located in China as well but they are really reliable. This company is a total fraud. They actually are a fraud and they are such big liars. Please don’t buy from them or you will miss your event and be so so disappointed . I have anxiety and this is messing with my head but they still lie to me instead of fixing the issue. Shame on you.”
“I ordered one dress to see the color, quality and fit. I was told it was refundable. I purchased it for $253 but only received a refund of $171. The transaction cost me $82! I was not warned it would be so costly, when I first chatted with their online chat, and it really was not worth it.

“The dresses were great quality but DO NOT GO OFF THE MEASUREMENTS LISTED. They run big if you base it off the measurements.
I had to pay $51 to have all the dresses shipped to me. I don’t want to have to spend another $100 on shipping to send the dresses back to them and then ship new ones back to me. It is ridiculous how expensive shipping is especially when dealing with the cost of returns.
I am very frustrated that the measurements listed online were the exact same as my bridesmaid and yet when she tries it on it is huge.”

Made it 9th November, allegedly been in UK since 13th November.however in Yodel tracking app, shows since 11th November.. this proves its not shipped from other country potentially, and sits in UK ll this Tim, no still not with Yodel, apparently only being sent to Yodel... so how come they advertise wi ship in 3-6days and now it will be 18th November with no tracking information or even delivery date accessible.
Will not stop with these reviews and keep going as no pt ordering something when the purpose of the purchase is to receive it in time.
Scared to even think about the fit and the quality.. Reading all these reviews is clear to see they are an awful business to shop with, especially with such high shipment cost -£17

“My order arrived with items missing, first emails were ignored by jjshouse, then through their online chat managed to get a ticket number to respond to. This led to them asking for photos of missing items and labels, sent the labels photo back. Still no response after 2 weeks, complained again to be told items were out of stock anyway and I could either have money back in 2 weeks or voucher which they recommend (If you can find it!). They are very quick to process your order but when things go wrong they are of no help. I now have non matching items which I would not have ordered if jjshouse had been more honest with their supplies.”

“I purchased over $1650 worth of product - shoes for my music students to wear with their formal uniforms. I even paid for expedited shipping. customs charged me almost $800 and only delivered part. come to find out that jjshouse did fill out the paperwork properly. so DHL wouldn't release to me and couldn't ship back. I notified jjshouse of this but they chose not to fix it. now 4 months later, they refuse to take responsibility and refund the $1400 they owe. instead they waited for DHL to destroy the pkgs as undeliverable and offered to only pay 40% of missing products. unacceptable! a company should stand behind their mistakes...and this was a huge one that cost high school students money since it was their money for their shoes! any company that steals from kids is not a company to do business with!”

Ordered a bridesmaid's dress custom make. Dress arrived within timeframe however the fit was horrible, so big!! nothing like it looked online. I'm roughly a AU 10-12 size so it should have fit similar to the one online... Nope!! It was ridiculous! The point in the breast cups where darts are and nipples should be were sitting up 2" down from my collarbone! Wtf?? I took photos and sent it to them straight away, I got a reply back within a day saying "I'm sorry you feel this way" not "I'm sorry we stuffed up" like it's my fault?? They offered me 40% refund of the dress price, which was only $90 from the $300 I paid, to go it altered. I ordered a custom make so I didn't have to get it altered!!! I took it to two different dressmakers and neither could do anything apart from cut it up and keep the bottom half and turn it into a skirt :( The other two bridesmaids had similar experiences. One of them told JJ's that she'd be posting a bad review and they offered her a higher refund if she didn't. Pathetic. We all ended up having to buy other dresses elsewhere. I don't know how they are still in business. Just awful!”
