I ordered one dress to see the color, quality and fit. I was told it was refundable. I purchased it for $253 but only received a refund of $171. The transaction cost me $82! I was not warned it would be so costly, when I first chatted with their online chat, and it really was not worth it.
Whole interaction of ordering and returning took weeks as well!
