“Dress was perfect. Exact colour and description as shown in advertisement. I went for the custom fit and it was made exactly to my measurements. The quality of the sewing and material is also very high. I wanted a shorter length and emailed this request after ordering the dress. There were no issues at all. The communication was great and dress came quickly and packaged well”

“I recently received my 4th dress from jjshouse, I’ve been really delighted with each dress. Delivery, even on custom fit, was very good. The only negative I’ve found is that each dress is labelled as ‘do not wash or dryclean’ ‘spot clean only’. I’ve recommended jjshouse house to family and friends.”

“I bought a dress and shoes from jjs house for my upcoming 30th anniversary. The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. The shoes I ordered did not fit but, sending them back and getting a different size was super easy. The new pair is a perfect fit. I can't wait to celebrate my anniversary feeling like I look amazing!!”

“I purchased a tea lenght dress, purse and 2 bracelets from JJ's House for a wedding this past weekend...7-9-23. I cannot tell you how easy it was to deal with this company. Any questons I had were answered immediately. The dress I ordered was a few sizes bigger then I needed but had to because of my waist size. I had it altered locally. My normal size is a 10 but had to order a 16W...no big deal. The dress was delivered in less than 2 weeks and the purse and bracelets were delivered within a week. I will order from them again.”

“I had excellent experience. Customer service is very helpful. My orders arrived quicker than expected, and were exactly as described. I also ordered a custom-fitted dress and JJHouse customer service helped me to get the measurements right, then rushed my order and when it arrived it fit perfectly.”

“if you enjoy being price gouged by shipping, receiving shredded/ destroyed packaging, terrible sizing and an expensive return policy, only to be gouged again by the same shipping policy to have to order a different size, this is the site for you.”

“They refused to accept return for unused dress for grandmother dress when her husband passed away and she became too ill to attend. Dress had not been worn or altered. All I wanted was to get it out of the house, I wasn’t looking for full refund. They said “no” but offered a 10% coupon on future purchase. The delivery was bad enough, waited weeks to receive them left out on the road by bushes. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. USE A REPUTABLE STORE LIKE NORDSTROM OR DILLARDS”

“Terrible customer service, unclear returns process, after sending back dress promptly I was told I needed to ask for a returns form and as it would arrive without one I'd only receive a 40% refund. Rude email, shabby dress, nothing like picture, took ages to arrive. Disgusting.”

“Very pleased with my gown for my granddaughter's wedding in September. The color is perfect I chose the Jade. The only problem was I sent my measurements before checking to see if I should order size 14. My measurements are 38" 33" 38" The gown measured 35 " across at the waist so I am going to have to have it taken in some. THE WEBSITE STATED 39 1/2 "BUST 32 1/2"WAIST 42 3/4" HIPS. i WAS CONCERNED THE WAIST WOULD BE TIGHT, WITH THE WAY THE GOWN FLOWS THE HIP AREA IS FINE. I HAVE ALSO ORDERED A MARCHING TIE FOR MY HUSBAND TO WEAR AND SILVER SATIN HEELS TO GO WITH MY GOWN. I AM A CRUISER AND HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND JJ'S, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN. CAN'T WAIT TO WEAR my gown. Cruisin Fool”
