“My experience with JJ's was so simple. I ordered my try-on dresses, purchased the dress I chose to keep, and sent the other dresses back in the same bag with the label they included. I was even able to call UPS to set up a pickup, so I didn't even have to leave my house to return them. It could not have been easier. I highly recommend a d can't wait to wear my beautiful dress at my daughter's wedding this November.”

“In my search for the perfect dress, I ordered from five different companies to try on at home and return those I didn’t choose. Working with JJ’s house was the best experience of the five. The service was swift, and the return and purchase followed their online ructions and policy perfectly. I purchased the dress for my son‘s wedding from JJ‘s house. The dress is gorgeous and the quality is superb. Everything about this company and product is 5 star! I will purchase from JJ’s again in the future!”

“First of all, I had quite a bit of email communication with JJ’s House as I was trying to decide if this is a legitimate company. Conclusion: Yes!! Then the order process and amazing deal to be able to try before I buy at the cost of only $10 per dress with free shipping and free returns I thought was too good to be true, but Yes! That’s true! They sent me confirmation that they received the return. Then they reduced the cost of my dress that I chose to keep to a very reasonable price. The quality of the seamsmanship is above and beyond. I am a seamstress and believe me, I inspected every inch and it is impeccably made! This is the most beautiful gown I have ever seen! I will feel very special wearing it to a black-tie wedding tomorrow!! Thank you JJ’s House for everything!”

“I WAS SENT THE MISSING WRONG DRESS AND HAD EMAILED THE JJHOUSE COMPANY MANY TIMES AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND.. I WILL FILE COMPLAINT WITH DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE AS WELL FILE COMPLAINT WITH GOOGLE ABOUT THIS COMPANY.. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. AS THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA… BAD BAD COMPANY KARMA WILL GET THEM..”

“I ordered two dresses, both in the same size (obviously). One fit well and the other was too small. However, upon returning the one that did not fit in order to order a size up, I was told that I would have to pay tax TWICE on the item, and that I would not be fully refunded due to their "restocking fee." I understand the logic behind the restocking fee, but the reason for this return was not my fault, and yet I am still not getting all my money back for this purchase. I will never order from them again and I would not recommend you do so either.”
