Then the order process and amazing deal to be able to try before I buy at the cost of only $10 per dress with free shipping and free returns I thought was too good to be true, but Yes! That’s true! They sent me confirmation that they received the return. Then they reduced the cost of my dress that I chose to keep to a very reasonable price. The quality of the seamsmanship is above and beyond. I am a seamstress and believe me, I inspected every inch and it is impeccably made! This is the most beautiful gown I have ever seen! I will feel very special wearing it to a black-tie wedding tomorrow!! Thank you JJ’s House for everything!”

“I ordered two dresses, both in the same size (obviously). One fit well and the other was too small. However, upon returning the one that did not fit in order to order a size up, I was told that I would have to pay tax TWICE on the item, and that I would not be fully refunded due to their "restocking fee." I understand the logic behind the restocking fee, but the reason for this return was not my fault, and yet I am still not getting all my money back for this purchase. I will never order from them again and I would not recommend you do so either.”
“I ordered a pant suit on final sale. The sales ad noted that final sales may be slightly irregular, however, it should have at least been what I ordered. The top was the size I ordered but, the pants were two sizes larger. With no source of return, I had to give it away. I will never even look at another online service without a customer service phone number available at all. Thank goodness I didn't pay a lot for the item. It sucks.
They just sent me whatever was left on sales floor. You could order anything and not get what you ordered and there's nothing you do about it

“The dress was absolutely gorgeous ! Fit perfectly to my daughter’s size. She is 5’5 and 115lbs and ordered a size 2. With 2 1/2 inch heels it did not need any alteration. I would say it’s very true to size. There is no give or stretch in this dress! So just be prepared when sizing it won’t stretch. But it was a show stopper at prom and she loved it and said it was comfortable the entire evening.”
