“Both my daughter and I paid to try on dresses from JJ house and we received the dresses in a timely manner. We thought we selected the size that would fit the best, but when we received the dresses (two), they fit great on the waist but are entirely too tight on the chest. We paid to try on the dresses because we were buying ones that the company would not allow for return. We have found this to be the case across the board with the dresses. The chest size is too small for what we ordered. Be very careful. Trying to alter the dress, we discovered the dresses were poorly made and would not last past one wear.”
“The material is listed as being Chiffon on the web. The dress was made of 100% polyester. It fits fine but was dissatisfied with the misrepresentation of the material.”
“The bridal party I was in was told to order from here since we were in a pinch for time. (My thought was to order state side). Sure enough so far 2/3 of us have dresses laughably large even though we measured using the size guide. It’ll be the price of the dress just in alterations to wear something that fits. Not to mention the fabric looks really cheap.”

I had custom orders and its NEVER been right.
The fit is off, like they don't seem to ever get sizing correct.
I have measured myself numerous times and the first dress was big but I could deal.
This last dress seems like the torso is for someone 4 feet tall. I looked like a tall midget.

“I purchased a dress in February for an event in April, so I could get alterations if needed. Dress cost $248. I kept checking my order, and was getting worried because in one month the order was still "processing". I contacted them about it and got NO response. The order never shipped (they are in Singapore) but luckily I found a dress locally that I liked, and bought it. I canceled the order. JJ's House refunded me only $110 of my $248 . The other $138 was for "shipping and restocking " which mind you, it hadn't EVEN BEEN SHIPPED! The restocking fee is supposed to be only $40, so they ripped me off for $138 on an order I never received!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
When I complained and asked about it, no response as usual. They have poor communication.”

I have ordered gowns for a granddaughter's wedding September 2023, another granddaughter for next July getting married.
You can coordinate husbands ties and pocket hankies to match you gowns. If lucky enough shoes are good also. I have ordered 4 clutches so beautiful receive many compliments for various ocassions.
Most of all the SALE clothes. I ordered 1 beautiful blush long sleeve beaded dress and a pant set with rhinestones pin at shoulder and only spent $100.00, a Real Deal.
I will order again.
