I have had several opportunities to deal with the customer service team both on the Live Chat and by email regarding some of my orders and I cannot fault them. They are friendly, helpful and incredibly polite and have always sorted out my questions to my complete satisfaction.
I have also had to return some items due to sizing and so far the return process has been simple and affordable.
I look forward to receiving many more items in the near future and would deal with the customer service team at JJsHouse any time.
