Total scammers, they will not fairly refund
I purchased two dresses that did not work for an event. I followed the directions on their website to process a refund. Now JJ‘sHouse is telling me they’ve only received one of the two dresses that I purchased and returned! As a result, I will be receiving a partial refund. They are a total scam and do not grant refunds. Do not give them your business.
