A pair of cargos has been mis-sold to me as the product information doesn’t match the product on arrival. The medium is too short and the large would be too big on the waist therefore I am asking for an exchange which they refuse to grant me. The customer services email team (especially a guy called Alex H) refuses to provide me with the JKA company complaint procedure or the directors contact so I can escalate the matter. It has been a very poor customer experience and I won’t be buying from JKA attire again.
