“All items in sale. When you return item they issue a credit note instead of a full refund. This beaches consumer law as a distance sale. Reported to trading standards complete scam company avoid at all costs”

“Unfortunately I can't recommend using this store if you are outside of the UK. The returns process it outright horrible. Costs me 50 euro's to return all the items ordered because of their portal not allowing me to return everything inside 1 package.”

“Made an order (410621) and they’re not sending it, they keep saying it’s on its way and it’s been over 12 days now. Really bad service ordered in the past and it was ok but would never order from here again from this experience.”

“Returned order on April 5th (received by them April 9th). Almost a month later and STILL NO REFUND. Their customer service ignored my enquiry on April 29th except for an automated response. They take your money instantly but refuse to return it when you follow their return policy. Complete lack of professionalism and fraudulent business practices. Shop elsewhere - your money will likely disappear into their black hole of "processing." This isn't an isolated case - numerous other customers report identical experiences with missing refunds and unresponsive service.”

“I really wished I had read the reviews for this company. I ordered some cargo pants which looked good in the photos but when they arrived they were badly fitting and really awfully made. I went through their procedure for returns as per their website which is charged just to add insult to injury. I am still waiting for my refund almost 4 weeks later. You get generic replies to e mails and zero customer support. I have contacted my credit card company to see if they can get the money back plus trading standards. Avoid this company at all costs, they are scammers and should be shut down.”

“Clothes are not true to size. Did not realise there was only a 14days return period. We moved house in this time and unfortunately exceeded the time period only by a few days so we made contact and tried to do an exchange and they have refused. We are a vulnerable family financially due to health and disability and now £70 down and stuck with clothes that are far too big! Poor customer service! Won’t be ordering again! I’ve worked in retail all my life and we always put our customers 1st sadly this isn’t the case with these.”

“DO NOT BUY HERE! I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company. They are outright scammers. The quality of their products is horrendously poor so bad, in fact, that I immediately took the items to a clothing recycling bin. On top of that, after placing your order, you’ll be hit with outrageous import fees, which they pocket for themselves instead of properly handling taxes. Returning your items is a complete waste of time because they will never refund your money. Avoid this company at all costs and save yourself the frustration. Total frauds!”

“False advertisement!. The cargo trousers are too short for my 5ft 8 grandson...well above his ankles and that is with the waistband pulled right down. Model shows the trousers to sit on his shoes, model is also advertised as 6ft. When I asked for postage to send items back, I was refused as not a faulty item! Erm yes they are, they are way too short. AVOID if you are taller than 5ft 6.”

“If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. The clothes are poor quality and the fit is terrible, the only thing worse are their customer services. Good luck getting your money back from this company, on the rare occasion you get a response from customer services you’ll be met with only excuses, or outrageous requests. Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs!”
