They take your money instantly but refuse to return it when you follow their return policy. Complete lack of professionalism and fraudulent business practices. Shop elsewhere - your money will likely disappear into their black hole of "processing." This isn't an isolated case - numerous other customers report identical experiences with missing refunds and unresponsive service.
