“A same model comes with totally different sizes in different colours”

“I ordered a woman's tracksuit. I needed a smaller size so put in for an exchange. I had to pay for the return postage at £5.95. now have to wait 29 days for the exchange to be agreed! And then will probably have to pay for postage again! If I had known this beforehand I probably won't have ordered for them. Will re review once exchange has been granted”

“Happy with my purchase of a day to day tracksuit, however only issue is that the joggers have gone a bit bobbly after only wearing twice not been washed yet, so they could improve this unless mine is an anomaly; otherwise great tracksuit however”

“Hi, thank you. I really love the quality of what I've got. Fits very nicely and extremely comfortable. 👌 The only thing I'm not happy about it is that a few days later after I got it. You guys cut the price by %50. I could of got two sets. 😩 Love the outfit.”

“I was happy with half my order, the delivery wasn’t what was promised and the sizing wasn’t accurate however the quality was really good. Definitely worth the money, just sort the sizing and timing is all I can say.”

“Product great, not a fan of shop what you use for tracking as a fair few scams use that platform along with my order being delayed and the not so great reviews I was sceptical that I wasn’t going to receive the product. It did eventually arrive and customer service did reply to me although would have liked my delivery refunded due to not coming in the time frame you stated. Product great and good price just seems you’re struggling with the tiktok growth from where you have been promoting. Would order again but still rather sceptical of the company.”

“While the quality of the products were good, it was really disappointing to receive 2x large products that were poles apart when trying on. The large T-shirt was fine, however the large twin set (T-shirt and shorts) fitted more like a medium, very tight, very short.”

“Recently bought a tracksuit and 2 t shirt and short sets. The delivery was fast and the quality of the items was spot on. My only issue was that the t shirts were too big and I wanted to exchange them for a size down but I was unsure how to do it because they were part of a bogof deal. I have emailed 3 times but had no response still!”

“Order two of the day to day tracksuits in XL. One fits perfectly, nice material and has washed well. The other is a completely different size, the shoulders are about 3 inches wider on both sides, but the sleeves still end at the same length and the joggers seem to be a xxxl. Have chucked it in the charity bin.”
