Very poor customer service, paid for delivery for it not to show up. I had to chase down them through instagram took over 24+ hours to get back to my dm once replied they stated there was a back log on deliveries and they had a problem with their systems etc the member of the team did say they would sort it out and apologies, appreciate that I got the delivery however as a paying customer I should have had more light on my delivery rather than me chasing it up. Customer service 2/5, Quality 4/5.
