Genuinely awful customer service, my package took almost 2 months to come and the email response time was dreadful in that time, with confusing cryptic messages. When my package did arrive, theirs no clear instructions on how to return the items, taking 2 weeks to even arrange the return and i can no longer return my items as they took that long to communicate.
