Customer service is terrible. I received a faulty item so I sent it back for an exchange. Took 4 weeks of back and forth emails for them to process it. And even then, they just refunded me the money instead of sending me a replacement. They refunded me the sale price of the joggers I brought it for. But now the joggers are not on sale and our double the amount. Really shocking service. I love the clothes from this shop, but this situation has made me not want to buy from them again incase I need to send something back again. Because they really will not deal with it proffesionally or efficiently. Save your money and your time.
