Paid for some jeans which I sent back as they was the wrong size. Then ordered the correct size which showed up not the size I ordered so had to pay to send that back also and asked for a change of size for no jeans in return nor a refund then got a £14.99 for the original jeans I paid £18 to get to me and no refund or anything for the other. I’ve lost a lot of money in this process and will not be buying again. I’ve now got a gift card for less than I paid which I will not use and no money back for anything or jeans.
