Placed order on the 3rd of March which stated 2-3 working days delivery. We are now currently on the 21st March and my package hasn't even been delivered to my courier, which means it is still at their warehouse and has not been shipped yet. When I first queried why it was taking so long, they had the audacity to tell me "Please take your time and wait for your package". I have emailed multiple times since then - no update, no resolution, no ETA, nothing. The customer service is terrible and cannot provide you with an update where it is are how long it is going to be. By the looks of the reviews, most people are in the same situation as me. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here as you more than likely aren't going to receive your package and any queries you have will get responded to few and far between.
