Ordered a week ago, order says fulfilled on website and have been given a tracking number for My Hermes stating shipment is on its way. When tracking the number on my hermes it says "We're expecting it - We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon and we'll update your tracking once we've received it". Contacted JK Attire customer service for a refund on shipping fee as they haven't delivered with 2-3 which they charge for and falsely advertise on their website, this was ignored by customer service who then failed to given an actual update on where the order was and how long it would take even though I have asked 3 times now. No empathy shown and really poor customer service. Once this order has been dealt with I won't be ordering from them again.
