had a problem after not reviving me order after 3 days. left it till the 5th day and got in contact via email, another 4 days passed and another 3 emails sent. no reply’s till they finally replied via instagram and i replied immediately with my order number, another 2 days go by and they offered me a choice of another item on their site as they had sold out of the item i wanted.
overall very very bad with costumer service but they did resolve this problem… ish
