So first thing I paid extra for next day delivery but didn’t get a confirmation email until to days later and it’s been 6 days now and Hermes claim they still haven’t received my product to send out, on to of all this I’ve sent 4 emails and haven’t had a reply back from any of them I wouldn’t be bothered if I didn’t spend a lot but I had a big basket and am completely in the dark as to where my order is. This company is terrible for communication and reading all these reviews I doubt I will receive my items very unsatisfied :(
