TBH quite disappointed and my issue is still not resolved.
Item arrived with a damaged zip so I emailed in and it took over 2 days to reply so i sent it back signed for which has been received by yourselves.
I get an email stating it will take a further 7 days to either replace or refund my item and all i want is a replacement.
I was expecting better service and i wont use again
