Still haven’t had any contact through email about my return & exchange & have only had contact through Instagram asking for my order number which I have provided & haven’t had a response back at all. It’s a bit frustrating when I have already sent the item back & had to pay for postage myself. I have a receipt for the return. It would just be great to get a response to let me know if you have received my faulty return & if it is being exchanged for the same item.
