Ordered two trousers in the same size, one doesn't fit so sent it back within a week. Used a discount code so they are refusing to give a refund, tried to force me into providing proof they don’t fit, accepting a replacement etc… now saying I will have to accept store credit and won’t refund to the original payment method. This is completely illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, spoken to citizens advice and trading standards and will have to go through my bank to get my money back. Hopefully they will be issued a fine by trading standards for their illegal policies.
