I would never shop here again. I ordered an item using my gift card voucher upon check out which was supposed to reduce the item by £20. This did not happen instead it charged me the full amount I immediately emailed JK attire and the customer service that was given was absolutely appalling!! They never want to give you a refund no matter the reason and will only give you a gift card which does not even work. This is probably why they are having a sale for so long because people are no longer buying from here ! The customer service is terrible and I have taken my complaint further. Don’t waste your time shopping here because if there are any problems with your item I can assure you they will not refund you.
