Ordered in advance for birthday gift, the birthday has already passed and it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t got any information on where my order is!! Customer service is horrible too! I have emailed so many times, keep repeating the same thing- order is shipped and we’ll send your tracking number soon- but they show me the information for someone else’s order and then tell me to wait. How long can I “wait” for something I have paid for??? I asked for a refund and they said it’s not possible. This is not the first time I have ordered so I don’t know why their service has gotten so bad. Super disappointed.
