Already aware that the quality of clothing is good from previous orders however on this occasion the service was poor. At the point of writing this review the order is yet to be received by the courier. Thankfully, when emailed, a response came fairly quickly with information relating to the reason for delays. However, such major delays to an order should be communicated to the customer prior to them sending enquiry emails. It would be nice to be kept in the loop whilst waiting for an order, for the sake of reassurance. Likely, another order will be placed. If the delivery service is as poor as this time, it could be the last.
