I ordered the first time with this company and also added a mystery gift at £9.99 but when the item arrived there was only the trousers and no mystery gift!! I contacted them to tell them and they apologised however o asked of they could just refund the item as couldn't wait for the item to be sent but they said they cannot refund. I then tried on the trousers and the elastic waist adjustment clasp was not holding so a bit pointless. I messaged them and then they return an email stating what is wrong with the item? Can they not read English?? I then sent a further email but have had no response!! This is my first and last ever order with this company!! I returned the order as it was faulty and they refuse to refund me and hust give me a gift card which they claim they sent via email bit this hasn't arrived either!! Under the trading standards act if I return an item in its original condition, they have to either replace the item or refund in full. They have done neither!!! AVOID!!!
