the item ordered was described as pastel orange on the website. when it arrived the label said it was pastel rose. I raised a query by email but there was an insistence that I send a photograph before the issue could be looked into. the response was simply, in the end, that there were no pastel rose products on the JK Attire website. I felt that this was badly handled and the response was unprofessional.
the product itself was ok, once opened as a present on Christmas Day.
