You website is very user friendly, your customer service team responds quickly as well but the delivery needs some help. The third party delivery you are in business with is causing a lot of customers to order from other sites like couture club or Mainers de void because the delivery is quicker. You have a 3-5 day delivery policy so your customers have a certain expectation and to have that turn into 2 weeks and more is highly unacceptable. Please fix this and keep up the great work.
