The 2 stars are for the product itself which fit well and was as described. Unfortunately, my low star rating comes down to delivery and poor customer service. I paid extra for next day delivery and my order arrived 2 days late. The customer service received was terrible. I was waiting on live chat for hours without getting a response, when i did finally get a response, it was just generic information which i already knew from tracking the delivery - it was as if i was a low priority and whoever controlled the customer service page didn't really care at all. I had to ask for the delivery fee to be refunded which was accepted but still no sign of it. This was my first order with JK Attire after a friend recommended them but sadly, this will probably be my last order.
