Extreme disappointing experience. The clothes were of poor quality and did not reflect very well how they appeared in the advertisements. Also a major problem with the returns policy and the fact refunds are only made in gift card format - unless you pay full price or do not use a discount code which is next to impossible because most things are on so called ‘sale’ price. I purchased the 5 box which was also misleading - it looks like you receive a nice looking gift box but this is not the case - I received a shabby squashed box that had been thrown around a few times before it landed on my doorstep wet. Also the 5 box did not appear to be on sale when I purchased it I presumed £159.99 was the price which was fair for 5 items I thought but when I requested a cash refund I was told everything in the box was discounted so tough you are getting gift card. Now I have gift card that must be used by end May 2023 ( couple months from delivery) and I am struggling to find anything of quality and even worse there is very limited stock in most items. So suppose great way to make money having a terrible refund policy - so much for distance selling rules and customer satisfaction and visibility of important returns information until it’s too late. My advice to anyone reading this is - be very careful and read the returns policy and be prepared to be disappointed with the quality - so in other words - shop elsewhere!!! Oh and of course you have to foot the bill for tgd return too - which I suppose is the norm these days .
