Your products are very good quality and stand out from other companies; However you need to work with serious delivery company "Hermes gives you a terrible look" This is the second time that my delivery disappear, not delivered, and cant be found. Drivers cant be contacted and they drop the goods wherever they like. 2 days delivery is not respected too. I am quite disappointed because I am on holiday without my sunglassess which I ordered and payed for. Your customer service need to also be quick and more responsive.
