Purchasing was relatively easy and the product arrived as per schedule.
However, as the product is unsuitable, I am trying to return it to J K Attire, this is where the situation becomes unacceptable.
I was told 5 days ago that my return request had been accepted and I was advised to await further instructions on how and when to return the item.
I am STILL waiting.
This has now taken me beyond the 14 day return condition.
The Company clearly does not monitor its processes.
