Your order comes without return instructions. Emails and social media messages are not replied to in good time fully well knowing that you only give a measly 14day return window. Then emails are sent as groups asking customers to keep clothes and you will provide a free tshirt proving how awful the quality of your clothes are and providing strangers with each others email addresses. To top it off it cost me over £15 to return the clothes because I have a feeling you lot would have said you never got the items back or that you didn’t get it on time. I honestly don’t know if you’re going to refund me but let’s see. I don’t trust your company
