Having worn their £70 dress twice, the colour tracked and transferred onto a cream handbag.
They made out like they were being benevolent in giving me a refund for their poor quality item. And refused compensation for the bag which is now in the bin (so much for the sustainability credentials they like to display). Luckily it wasn’t expensive but that’s hardly the point.
Avoid. What they lack in quality they make up for in style but it’s not worth it.
