I would like to say that I am very impressed with the service from Joe brown . I returned a couple of items as they did not suit my requirements, I read reviews that said returns took too long . All I would say is be patient returns do take 14 days to process. Also the response from customer care regarding my Email query was dealt with and resolved swiftly . I know I can now shop with confidence at Joe brown on line great service and stylish good quality fashion.
