I have been buying Joe Brown clothing for years. I love the quirky designs, quality and fit. My tunics have been washed and worn more times than I care to count, but my passion is collecting their lovely jackets. I recently had an issue (not major) with a pair of beautiful jeans I had bought. I sent an email asking for advice, not requesting a refund, but with in 48 hours a replacement pair of jeans were delivered!
Well done Joe Browns. Customer service second to none. This is why I keep returning and recommending.
